Refund and Return Policy

If you are reading this it means you have likely purchased an item from us, so first of all thank you! Now, if there is an issue with your purchase, here you can read about the procedure to return the product and request a refund.

Please note you have up to fourteen (14) days from the date of order delivery to return any product that does not suit you and to ask for an exchange or refund.

If a product exchange is not possible (e.g. obsolete or out of stock product) you will be reimbursed for the amount of the product.

The product must be returned in perfect condition in the undamaged original packaging. When applicable, it must be returned along with all its accessories. In case of change of mind, the return costs are to be paid by the buyer, and it is advised form the buyer to return the product through a tracked parcel -as a more secure way to ensure refunding.

In general the delay for getting your refund is around 15 days from the day you send the product back.

Steps to return and refund:

  3. Take a photo of the shipping form once filled and signed and the receipt, and send it to
  4. We will refund the amount once the product reaches its destination. Although some refunds take just a few days, the average is 15 days. After that period, if you have not yet received your refund send us an email to
